California Crime Watch Launches Website to Track Criminals Being Released into California Neighborhoods
CACrimeWatch.com partners with law enforcement, district attorneys, victims, and concerned citizens to educate the public on California’s dangerous early release policies
Sacramento, CA – Today, California Crime Watch announced their launch of CACrimeWatch.com, a website seeking to educate and empower Californians on dangerous policies that are releasing criminals back into our state’s communities.
“Californians unknowingly approved Prop 47 and 57 while deeming crimes such as rape, domestic violence, child abuse, and assault with a deadly weapon as non-violent crimes,” said Tony Herrera, co-founder of California Crime Watch. “Now, dangerous criminals are being released back into our communities every day and our government wants to hide it from the public with the hope that we are not paying attention. California Crime Watch intends to do what our politicians will not: track these dangerous criminals, educate the public, and work to reform this dangerous policy.”
California Crime Watch launched cacrimewatch.com which will serve as an education and advocacy tool to inform the public of the harmful effects of Prop 47/57 and empower them to take action by contacting their officials, contributing to the criminal’s parole file, and helping California Crime Watch inform the public through their ambassador program.
California Crime Watch also has a crime tracker which will link to criminal profiles of the individuals that California politicians want to release back into California communities. Please visit CACrimeWatch.com or follow on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/CACrimeWatch/
